Jim Landenberger

Hometown:    Elmhurst, IL

Racing Category: 5

Age:  50

Favorite Race:  Fall Fling

Favorite Ride: Alpe d'huez.  Time of climb was measured with a calendar, but still very cool.

Favorite Bike: Pinnarello Dogma 6.0 (No I don't own it, but still like it)

Favorite Post-ride/race Meal: Ice cream, both pre and post race.  Which might explain the low placings...

Favorite Music for training: Anything with the Pan Flute.  You can never get too much of the Pan Flute.

Rider Extras

Still trying to get this racing thing right, but I know if I try real hard, I can move up to about 30th Place.  One day I hope to be able to beat Andrew Stevens, but I must accept the fact that since I cannot stand the taste or look of haggis, I will forever be participating at races that are at two speeds-those that ride clean and those that are “haggis-enhanced”.

Editor submission - Jim was featured in the 2009 Peloton Report.  I wrote it, so you know its a good article.  ed.  Mr. Dedication
